Damage compensation
– 100% compensation for damage value when using cargo insurance service (maximum insurance value of postal items of 100 million). 100% of the collection fee does not include profit, maximum not exceeding 30 million VND/COD item.
– 04 times compensation for domestic postal items that do not use cargo insurance service.
– For international postal items, refund the postage and compensate 09 SDR/kg but not less than 30 SDR/item for postal items transported by air; 05 SDR/kg for postal items transported by other methods.
toptechrecruiting.com does not compensate when
– Damage occurs entirely due to the sender’s breach of contract or due to the natural characteristics, inherent defects of the postal item.
– The sender cannot prove the sending and deterioration, damage of the postal item.
– The parcel has been successfully delivered and the recipient has no comments upon receipt.

– The parcel is confiscated or destroyed in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law or the laws of the recipient country.

– The sender does not comply with the provisions on complaints and dispute resolution as prescribed.

– Cases of force majeure as prescribed by law.
Disclaimer
The Service User acknowledges and agrees that toptechrecruiting.com shall be exempted from liability and shall be indemnified against any and all damages, losses, damages, compensation, delays, demands, liabilities, claims, actions of the Service User and/or competent state agencies that may be brought against or suffered by toptechrecruiting.com and the indemnified Parties of toptechrecruiting.com in relation to the Goods caused by, arising from, or related to:

– Non-compliance by the Service User with any provisions of law on goods prohibited or restricted from circulation, transportation and other provisions of law (including, but not limited to, the case where the Goods do not have invoices, documents of origin; are inspected, confiscated or destroyed by decision of competent authorities or airport security).

– Failure by the Service User to comply with any agreement on the use of the Services of toptechrecruiting.com, or any regulations or policies of toptechrecruiting.com (including, but not limited to, Goods being outside the scope of transportation of toptechrecruiting.com, the delivery or receipt address of Goods not within the scope of providing Services of toptechrecruiting.com, Goods being in the list of goods not transported by air; the Service User failing to comply with the regulations on complaints and dispute resolution according to the law or according to the policies of toptechrecruiting.com on the website of toptechrecruiting.com); – Any action or omission by the Service User, whether due to negligence, carelessness, intentional wrongdoing, or fraud (including, but not limited to, the provision or declaration of incorrect or incomplete information about the Goods; inadequate, inappropriate, careless packaging of the Goods, failure to comply with the regulations, packaging instructions of toptechrecruiting.com, the manufacturer or the law; incorrect or incomplete Recipient information; the Service User does not have documents proving the loss or damage of the Goods; the Service User does not have documents proving the use of the service);
– Actions or omissions of a third party, whether due to negligence, carelessness, intentional wrongdoing, or fraud (including, but not limited to, cases of goods being robbed, snatched; damage, loss caused by the Recipient; goods not meeting requirements, standards of quality, specifications, including but not limited to cases where the color, size, material of the product is not consistent with the image, information provided by the seller or manufacturer; flight delays or cancellations; being inspected by authorities on the way of transportation);
– Natural characteristics, inherent defects of the goods contained in the Goods;
– The Service User refuses to receive the Goods or toptechrecruiting.com cannot contact the Service User after toptechrecruiting.com has returned the Goods in accordance with the procedures in the Appendix attached to this Contract. In this case, the Service User acknowledges and agrees that toptechrecruiting.com shall have the right to retain the Goods for 06 (six) months from the last payment. After this period, the Service User acknowledges and agrees that the Service User has waived all rights and claims and toptechrecruiting.com shall be exempted from all claims, responsibilities, and lawsuits related to the Goods.

  • In the event that a part of the damage or loss occurs due to the Service User’s breach, the Service User acknowledges and agrees to waive the right to claim for, and toptechrecruiting.com shall not be responsible for, the part of the damage or loss corresponding to the level of damage caused by the Service User.
  • The Goods have been delivered and the recipient has no comments upon receiving the Goods.
  • Force majeure cases as prescribed by Vietnamese Law.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
